The easiest way to book is to request a quote on the website, by email or by phone. Tell us the date, location, approximate number of guests and what you want to rent, and we will get back to you with suggestions for tents, tables, chairs, sound, lighting and other accessories. In order for us to provide a clear quote, we often need to know: • Type of event, for example wedding, student party, company party, summer party or crayfish platter • Approximate guest list, for example 30, 50 or 100 people • Location and surface, such as lawn, yard or gravel • If you want us to handle delivery, assembly and disassembly, or just rent the equipment We will respond as quickly as we can and help you choose the right party tent and equipment for your event in Raseborg and the surrounding area.

Book as early as possible, especially if you need a larger marquee during the peak summer season. This will make it easier to guarantee availability of the right size marquee, tables, chairs and sound system. As a rule of thumb: • Summer holidays and weddings: preferably several months in advance • Student parties and graduation parties: book immediately once the date is set • Smaller garden parties: a few weeks in advance is usually enough, if we have available capacity We always try to help with late requests as well, but the earlier you book, the better chance you have of getting exactly what you want.

The price depends on the tent size, date, location, what accessories you choose and whether you want delivery and assembly. We always make a clear quote where you see all the costs before you book.
